1. Take over the duties of Chef de partie during his absence.

2. Maintain of food quality up to standard by following given recipes, controlling production and implementing necessary training to kitchen staff.

3. Very closed wastage control by daily check on very purchase item and daily control of fridge, freezers and stores of kitchen outlets.

4. Maintain a top standard of cleanliness in assigned areas with the help of stewarding.

5. To check daily mis-en-place and ensure productivity.
