? You are an independent and dynamic team leader, passionate about hospitality and showing the young people on how things are done
? You have received a proper training or a hospitality degree from a school
? You have proven experience in managing a small restaurant serving Asian and International dishes
? You have positive approach towards dealing with staff and guest feedback
? You have strong interest in supporting the marginalized youth who has difficult access to employment
? You speak and write Thai and your English is good!
? You know your way around computers and social media
? You will be our full time employee, based in Bangkok
? You are flexible with working overtime, during weekend and public holidays

As a Restaurant Manager you will be leading a team of students and staff in a busy restaurant and providing them with training on all elements of running a restaurant.
This includes leading the cooking and the service team in preparing and delivering Asian and International food and drinks, and also providing training according to our internationally standardized procedures.
Ongoing responsibilities include:
? Ensure all students are protected and safe during the training
? Support the students to finish the whole training and find employment after
? Manage the team of more than 10 staff
? Represent the restaurant during large group and tour visits
? Ensure proper response is given to all guest feedback
? Make sure the restaurant is running its financial procedures properly
? Organize fun and creative activities to engage students and staff in improving the restaurant business
