- Minimum 4 years experience in security field.
- Experience in Security Shift Leader or Security Supervisor will be an advantage.
- Able to communicate in basic English.

รายละเอียดงาน

1.CCTV/Control Room

1.1 Daily monitor all activities happening in the premises where the cameras are installed. If a suspicious item or person is found in the public area or in a restricted area, immediately inform Security Supervisor on duty of the incident by radio/phone.
1.2 Report malfunction status and/or the fault of the system to the on-duty Security Supervisor in time for further action.
1.3 Record all physical problems of the system, suspicious item/person or activity in full details in the Logbook equipped at post.
1.4 Daily Shift DVR recorded Check for the status of recording
1.5 Keep the CCTV room clean and tidy and the door closed. The CCTV room is for authorized staff only (officer personnel and engineering staff). Any other staff wishes to enter this room must get the approval from the Security Manager.
1.6 Sometimes observe the exit doors leading to loading area to ensure that they are properly closed.
1.7 The Security officer on duty in the CCTV room is not allowed to leave post for any reason. He should remain at post until relieved for break time or replaced by the next shift officer.(Allow only trained outsource guard to replace for requested duty concerned)
1.8 Be responsible for inventorying all Security equipment in the CCTV room before the start of his shift.
1.9 In case of emergency, remain at post to continue watching internal activities through the camera system and wait for instruction from Security Supervisor and/or Security Manager.
2. Staff Entrance
2.1 Display the highest level/degree of courtesy when dealing with staff and visitors.
2.2 Professionally perform the visitor policy in the operation hours (24/7).
2.3 Ensure that those who take property out of the building must show the proper approval in writing from the General Manger, or the related Department Head. In case hotel property is taken out by staff without authorization, it should be kept at Security Checkpoint. A Security Report will be filled out with full details and the on-duty Supervisor must be advised at once.
2.4 Ensure that the SOP will be applied for supplies or property brought into the building: a Declaration Form is filled out by the owner or tenant for further reference.
2.5 Comprehend all emergency procedures in order to respond appropriately when an urgent case arises.
2.6 Skillfully use large inspection mirror to search supplying vehicles for explosive device or bomb. If a suspicious item is found, do not tough but immediately inform the Security Supervisor for further instructions.
2.7 Issue proper badge to visitor who has an appointment with staff or relevant Department. The photo ID of visitor will be kept at the Security Checkpoint upon his/her arrival and be turned back to him/her upon his/her departure.

? Visitor without photo ID is not allowed to access the premise unless getting confirmation from related Department.
? Ensure to get the confirmation from the relevant staff about the appointment.

2.8 Ensure that hotel property is not slipped out through the Garbage Room near the Staff Entrance.
2.9 Ensure that Receiving Office is notified whenever the supplier comes.
2.10 Ensure that the Security Screening Procedures are strictly practiced on out-going staff bag searching
2.11 Make sure you log on all details of visitors, suppliers or contractors in visitor Logbook for Safety & Security reference reason.
2.12 Unlock the Garbage Room for the Public Works Company?s Staff to clear rubbish, waste etc. Watch their work and check in order to discover any property hidden in the bins. Lock this room when they finish their work.
2.13 Spend most of his working hours standing out of the Officer Booth to overall control all activities. Report any suspicious activity to the Security Supervisor for proper action.
2.14 In case of emergency, allow no access into the building from outside. Clear obstacles near this Checkpoint that may prevent staff and clients from escaping the building. Receive direct instructions of what to do from Supervisor, Security Manager and/or the General Manager or the Acting Manager
3.Tme Keeper/ Check point

3.1 Make sure the sliding door leading to Basement is to be secure at MIDNIGHT and to be unlocked at 6 a.m. Any request to unlock this sliding door must be referred to Security Supervisor.
3.2 Make sure all vehicles (when approved) coming down to Basement should be carefully searched for explosive device. If something suspicious is found, do not touch or move it but contact the Security Supervisor at once and temporarily stop that vehicle from going down to the Basement.
3.3 Do not let any outsiders go down to Basement and strange vehicles park there without approval from the Security Manager and/or the General Manager/MOD.
3.4 Require workers/contractors to submit a list of necessary tools or equipment brought into the building for their work. Use this list to check when they complete their work and take the equipment out.
3.5 Make sure that workers do not take any property out illegally. If hotel property is found hidden under their clothes, the Officer should separate him and call the Security Supervisor immediately.
3.6 Be non-allowed to gather to chat with the officer on duty posting at the access to the car parking. If this is found, proper discipline action will be applied to both of them.
3.7 Be no smoke on night shift.
3.8 Beside the main duties, the officer at this post should stand on the sidewalk afront to observe the activity in ?street names Mahardlekluang Soi 2? Street to discover suspicious people. Do not let local vendors, street children and/or beggars gather on the sidewalk to sell things, to snatch guests? belongings and/or to disturb them. If any suspicious person is found, immediately call Security Supervisor.
3.9 Also make written report about any criminals happening near the front gate of the building or down to ?street name Mahardlekluang Soi 2. These details will be useful for Security Manager to report to the General Manager about the surroundings.
3.10 Do not let vehicles (cars, trucks, motorbikes) block the driveway or the ramp down to the basement. These vehicles must be cleared away from the access.
3.11 If there is an emergency, clear all obstacles blocking the access to Basement to make a good approaching way for Ambulance or Law Enforcement associates. Do not let unauthorized persons take hotel property out via this way and stop strangers from going down Basement. Be available at post to wait for proper instruction from the on-duty Security Supervisor or Security Manager

4.Venhical Parking Check Point

4.1 Allow approved cars and motorbikes to park at the parking lot.
4.2 Search cars/trucks for explosive device by using the inspection mirror. If any suspicious thing is found, do not tough but call Security Supervisor immediately and temporarily stop the vehicle from driving to the car park. Wait for proper instruction from the Supervisor.
4.3 Show courtesy to associates and in-house guests and tenants going to the car park via this way but do not abandon post for any requirement of assistance from staff and in-house guests. He may call staff to inform them of the requirement and tell in-house guest what will be done to help.
4.4 Be non-allowed to gather to chat with the officer on duty posting at the access to the car parking. If this is found, proper discipline action will be applied to both of them.
4.5 Be non-allowed to smoke on night shift.
4.6 Do not let any outsiders going up to the parking lots or go down to Basement and strange vehicles park there without approval from the Security Manager and/or the General Manager/MOD
