The position is responsible for researching & implementing an effective online marketing and communication strategy at hotel level in order to drive online traffic and maximize online distribution channel in Chinese market through internet marketing channels.
? To establish and create hotel?s visibility through online channels including Chinese Social Media platform in line with the marketing strategy and compliant to the brand DNA, ie, Weibo, Wechat, and other forms of online communications in Chinese market.
? Create online marketing campaign in Chinese Social media platform and provide performance reports including ROI analysis and detailed measurement of any digital marketing campaign/action implemented in Chinese market.
? Create engaging & relevant content (Text & visuals) in Chinese in line with the brand DNA; Take part in conversations and answer comments.
? Build close relationships with leading industry related bloggers & web editors to drive hotel?s exposure in Chinese market.
? Ensure Chinese content on hotel?s micro-website is updated regularly and implement actions to maximize SEO.
? Responsible in any Chinese related write ups for the hotel.
? Representing the hotel in all Chinese related communications.
