Responsible for the day-to-day operation of the hostel
Key Responsibilities:
?Performing check in and check out
?Confirming reservation from every channel, including walk in
?Coordinating with house keeping team, ensuring the everything runs smoothly
?Giving directions and recommendations to customers
?Participating in hostel activities
?Dealing with customer complaints and comments
?Addressing problems and troubleshooting
