Spa Manager (ผู้จัดการสปา)

- Thai nationality, male/female age 30-40 yrs
- Bachelor's degree in any field
- At least 5 year experience in Spa/Beauty with at least 3 years in similar role
- Good personality, good interpersonal skills, positive thinking
- Strong leadership and problem solving skills
- Fluent in English (a must)

- Oversee day-to-day activities to ensure customers are consistently treated to a flawless customer service experience and the operations also run smoothly, efficiently and profitably.
- Work with marketing team in promoting all aspects of spa facility and increasing retail sales.
- Ensure all complaints are dealt with promptly and efficiently and in confidence.
- Keep staff motivated and worked as a team, understand and adhere to company policies and guidelines.
- Manage staff's rosters to ensure sufficient staffing levels
- Ensure safe, clean and leisure environment. All spa equipment is well maintained.
- Control the usage of stock and maintain at an appropriate level.
