1. Responsible for achieving room sales objectives.
2. Execute and monitor sales action plans.
3. Analyze current market situation and recommend changes in sales strategy to meet the market needs.
4. Ensure contact with DMC, Tour Operator and Corporate Clients via phone calls, sales visits, educational and
written communication.
5. Enhance sales ability of the group by finding new partners.
6. Coordinate and follow-up on any and all tactical promotions.
7. Oversee the issuance of new and renewal contracts.
8. Serve as a company role model by presenting yourself appropriately both in person, voice and in writing.
9. Support key VIP site sales visits and/or FAM?s as required.
10. Participate in local, international and regional trade shows as required.
11. Cooperate as needed on marketing activities.
12. Produce a weekly and monthly sales report to the DOS.
