- Excellent knowledge of property management system, central reservations system and sales & catering system functionality and set up
- Minimum three years experience installing/configuring/training/supporting PMS products or a minimum 3 years management experience working with a central systems/PMS system.
- Knowledge of hotel systems, sales and marketing concepts and processes
- Good in English communication both in writing and speaking.
- Support property to with startup and maintaining property information, and rate plans in central reservation system.
- Main point of contact between SynXis and Dusit hotel & resorts.
- Train property staff on functionality and correct usage of property management system, sales & catering and central reservation system.
- Supports corporate sales and marketing with task related to corporate initiatives such as rate configuration, and reporting on Dusit system delivery.
- Oversee data team to ensure smooth operations.
- Support properties with issues related to central system.
- Works closely with Corporate IT with regards, to technical issues relating to property management system and sales & catering system.
