The Cluster Revenue Analyst will help the Regional Revenue Manager to take care of 2 properties: COMO Metropolitan Bangkok and COMO Point Yamu Phuket.
The Cluster Revenue Analyst objective is to increase the hotel profitability and gain market share versus the competitor set.
The right candidate needs to have interest for numbers and Microsoft Office (Excel) skills.
Experience with Rategain would be a plus.
Job Description:
-Being responsible for optimizing the hotel revenue and generating index against competing hotels in the marketplace.
-Prepare daily, weekly and monthly revenue reports.
-Manage Wholesale and Online Room inventory
-Prepare revenue Meeting
-Competitor Set offer analysis
This position is available for new graduate.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree in business administration, hotel, Finance, etc.
- Strong analytical skills to understand key business indicators and competitive trends and develop approaches to these challenges.
- Good MS Office skills especially Excel.
- Opera knowledge/experience is a must.
- Good communication and presentation skills.
- Good command of written and spoken English.
- Excellent communication, dynamic, proactive with creativity thinking and positive attitude.
