The Chief Concierge is fully in charge of the overall Concierge activity within the CPLI.
During the operations, he will act as a shift leader and will ensure that the operations which occur during his shift are smooth and in line with the CPLI standards.
The Chief Concierge reports directly to the Front Office Manager, he is directly assisted by some Concierges who have the role of shift leader. The Chief Concierge has a direct supervision over the Concierges, Bellboys, Drivers.
The overall responsibilities of the Chief Concierge will be oriented on the following: Guest Services / Supervision of Concierge Operations / Communication & Human Resources issues.
