Enforces safety regulations and sanitation standards. Secures all storage areas for beverages.
Assists the Manager in every aspect of manning and organization of the entire bar operations to the standards established by the Hotel.
Responsible for supervising all activities of personnel engaged in preparing and serving of beverages in all beverage outlets.
