Under the direct responsibility of the Operations Manager, the Executive housekeeper is in charge of overseeing cleaning sub-contractors performance whether maids, public area cleaners, landscaping, in all CPLI facilities, creating their work schedules and ensuring that their cleaning and servicing is done in an effective and timely fashion. She/he supervises all non-sub-contracted housekeeping. linen room. uniform room, laundry employees, has the authority to hire or discharge, plans and assigns work assignments, give training for newly recruited employees, audit and inspects housekeeping personal work assignment and requisition supplies. Take care of the budget and budget controlling for the department. Quality control is the ultimate objective of the position.
