1. To check that all Therapists administer treatment following guideline treatment standard. This process is via hands on testing and must be recorded.
2. To ensure that all Therapists conduct treatment and packages to the specified times.
3. To ensure that all treatment rooms are set-up, clean and tidy before and after every guest. The room set-up should follow the ambiance set-up procedure.
4. To check and maintain product supplies at the beginning and end of each day.
5. To be fully aware of the daily booking programme.
6. To ensure guests only taken to treatment room when both the room and Therapist are completely ready. The guest must not be kept waiting for a treatment which has been previously booked.
