3-5 years of hand-on Hotel Revenue Management experience Excellent financial preparation and analytical skills (budgets, P&L, revenue management).
Good command of both written and spoken English
Figures oriented / revenue culture leader Advanced level in using Excel, TARS, Opera. Knowledge of 3rd party business in an advantage.
To implement revenue management strategies and processes. Formulate and deploy transient group inventory restriction and pricing strategies, utilizing rate strategy and analysis design to maximizer revenue and margin for the market from a rate and occupancy perspective.
Monitor the pricing of competitors, understands the dynamics of the local market.
Facilitate and lead revenue strategy meeting in accordance with the regional standards.
Analyses competitive reports and formulate appropriate strategies through use of STR?etc.
Prepare weekly and monthly occupancy and revenue forecast report.
Preparation annual budget and strategic sales plan.
