- Reservation Sales Agents has a major responsibility in conjunction with the
Reservations Supervisor to ensure that all times, the hotel is operating at maximum occupancy levels and the following are achieved;
- Responsible for ensuring that every reservation contains the correct and applicable information. This will alleviate guest concerns during the check in and check out procedure.
- Co-ordinates the team and between department to ensure good cohesion.
- Working 5 Days/Week
- Working 9 Hours (Include Lunch Time)
