Thai national, age 21-25 yrs. with pleasant personality
BA. in Human Resources Management, Political Science in any areas relevant to HRM or Business Administration, English, hotel management or any related major.
Min. 1 year experience in human resources management, experience in recruitment and selection is preferred, but not essential
Good knowledge and/or experience in standard practice of HRM and labor law/practices
Well-organized, strong sense of urgency and able to manage priorities
Mature and proactive with good communication and interpersonal skills
Be able to work under pressure with can do and positive attitude, self-motivated and team spirit
Good at computer-literate, preferable in Microsoft Offices (Ms Word, MS Excel), email and Internet
Knowledge of social network is preferred
Good command of English both reading, verbal and written
Check, screen data during the process to ensure quality of the report and to reduce irregular abnormal records.
Record data manually for unusual or adjusted area beside of normal process.
Coordinate and follow up with involved section, department for the necessary data feed into the system per timelines.
Generate related report on a timely basis within the specific deadline.
Perform HR data as assigned to develop and support operation to the most efficiency of the program.
Liaise with involved parties to update Organization Chart and JD of the whole company in order to align with hotel standard and quality program.
Assist HR Manager for all concern
Able to relocate to Koh Phangan
