? To assist Chief Engineer in General administration of the Engineering Department.
? To prepare Duty roster for the Engineering Department. Personnel.
? To Schedule Preventive and corrective maintenance and keep records to maintain proper control of them to ensure efficient and trouble free functioning of all Mechanical and Electrical equipment.
? To control attendance, absence and lateness.
? To maintain Discipline in Engineering Department.
? To ensure that job assignment and instruction given are understand clearly.
? To follow up on work progress and inspect to ensure that required standards are maintenance.
? To maintain good house keeping principles.
? To plan for unexpected emergencies.
? To keep the workers well informed.
? To attend to other duties assigned from time to time.
? Recheck priority job after that job all done.
? Good grooming and look to tidy.
? To run Preventive maintenance Program Board
