- 7+ years experience with relevant experience in hotel industry.
- Good verbal communication and interpersonal skills.
- Able to maintain a sustained level of concentration in a high pressured environment.
- Ability to focus attention on guest needs, remaining calm and courteous at all times
- Consistently offer professional, friendly and proactive guest service while supporting fellow Colleagues.
- Ensure the consistency in the preparation of all food items for a la carte and/or buffet menus according to hotel recipes and standards.
- Ensure all kitchen Colleagues are aware of standards and expectations
- Liaise daily with F&B Service team / Kitchen team to keep open lines of communication regarding guest feedback
- Supervise and support main kitchen team during the absence of Executive Chef / Head of Culinary
- Continually strive to improve food preparation and presentations
- Maintain proper rotation of product in all refrigerators to minimize wastage/spoilage
- Have full knowledge of all menu items, daily features and promotions
- Ensure the cleanliness and maintenance of all work areas, utensils, and equipment
- Follow kitchen policies, procedures and service standards
- Follow all safety and sanitation policies when handling food and beverage
- Other duties as assigned
Remunerations and Benefits:
- Attractive Base Salary
- Floating Service Charge with Min. Guarantee of THB 4,000 for Permanent Staff
- Floating Service Charge with Min. Guarantee of THB 2,000a for Contract Staff
- 7 Days Off / Month for Permanent Staff
- 6 Days Off / Month for Contract Staff
- Minimum 9 Days Vacation and 14 Public Holidays / Year for Permanent Staff

- 2 Duty Meals / Day
