-Prepare monthly hotel cost & revenue reports.
-Crosscheck actual account with book account
-Establish par stock levels with other department staff
-Crosscheck hotel book and actual Inventory
-Audit stock and sell report from other department
-Communicate & liaison between hotel and main office
