JOB PURPOSE:

Room Attendant/Chamber Maid is responsible for the cleaning up the guest rooms and bathrooms, replacing bed linens in occupied rooms including servicing guest rooms daily in accordance with hotel procedures; changes/replenishes guest supplies and prepares stocking cart for guest supplies, collects and delivers the clean/dirty linen in trolley to/from Chamber Maid?s Pantry room.

GENERAL MISSION:

1. Under direct supervision of Floor Supervisor who transmits the order of House Service Manager to her and coordinating the overall activities of the department to achieve maximum efficiency and productivity as required by the hotel.
2. Maintains the high standard of room cleanliness serviceability and physical condition of the hotel guest rooms and of service to hotel guests. Coordinating the overall activities of House Service department to achieve maximum efficiency and productivity as required by the hotel.
3. Makes the guests feel welcome in providing personalized services and ensures that guests experience all the comfort they expect from a 5-star hotel.
4. Provides cleaning service to guest rooms and responds to guest?s requests ensuring maximum guests satisfaction in accordance to the hotel established standards.
5. Makes sure that all rooms are well supplied and ready on time.
6. Cleans and services guest floors and surrounding services areas in accordance to the standard required by our hotel.
