1. Welcoming guests to the hotel in a polite, friendly and helpful manner
2. Process guest's Check in and check out
3. Answer telephonic and in-person quries related to hotel services and resolved any issues
4. Prepare and complete room and restaurant bills
5. Handle payments through cash and credit card
6. Liased with other departments in hotel
