5. Computer software skills : Word, Excel, and PowerPoint
6. Strong written and communication skills, analytical ability, leadership ability, and ability to work effectively with a team are required
7. Ability to develop, conduct and maintain record of hotel?s trainings, deliver training programs and managers the training budget.
8. Ability to demonstrate a professional, efficient manner with the ability to work and interact with a variety of people.
9. Ability to meet deadlines and work well in pressure situations
10. Ability to travel as requested
