- Bachelor degree in Food Science, Microbiology or other related field.
- At least 3 years experience in quality control or quality assurance in a food
processing environment.
- Good knowledge and understanding of GMP, HACCP and ISO 9001.
- Trained and certified in GMP, HACCP and sanitation requirements.
- Good personal hygiene habits.
- Self-motivation, team spirit and strong leadership, open-minded, adaptability,
customer focus, and result oriented characteristics.
- Good skill in English language for reading, listening, speaking and writing.
- Good skills in Microsoft Word, Excel and PowerPoint.
