1. Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing or relevant discipline
2. At least 2 to 3 years of sales experience in similar capacity
3. Confident and outgoing, used to working toward sales targets, good team player and well organized.
4. Excellent communication skills in English (written and spoken)
1. Perform daily rate shops, by researching branded websites, third party websites, tour operator websites and direct to hotel
2. Monitoring competitor availability and offers on various third party distribution channels, brand websites and GDS using all available tools such as Industry Reports, Internet, Dummy Bookings etc, and subsequently analyze & report actual performance versus competitive set.
3. Maintain content of all relevant E-Channels
4. Assist in developing the distribution platform of Dusit Thani Dubai.
5. Assist in identifying third party websites to participate in by market. Assist building the relationship between the revenue department of Dusit Thani Dubai and the third party vendors to be included in complimentary mailings, newsletters to gain maximum exposure.
6. Maintain and EZ Yield Set up
7. Assist in identifying best opportunity for reservations direct delivery into PMS / CRS for Tour Operators / DMCs and third party websites and drive implementation.
8. Assist in all key projects to ensure all timelines are met such as interface connectivity, system requirements for revenue management system rainmaker.
9. Understand the dynamics of the Global, National, Regional & Local Political and Economic Market, local Competitors and all demand generators for the destination.
