Requirements :

- Bachelor or Master degree in marketing or a related field
- At Least 5 years- experience leading and managing in e-commerce, SEO/SEM, marketing database, email marketing, content development, web analytics, and social media marketing
- Solid knowledge and strong analytical skills with interpreting digital KPIs, analytics data, and data-driven thinking
- Entrepreneurial with high initiative, fast learner and results-driven.
- Highly creative with experience in identifying target audiences and devising digital campaigns that engage, inform and motivate
- Experience in optimizing landing pages and user funnels
- Experience with A/B and multivariate experiments
- Experience in the inbound (Europe or Asia) marketing will be advantaged.
- Solid knowledge of website analytics tools
- Up-to-date with the latest trends and best practices in online marketing and measurement

The Senior Digital Marketing Manager will lead the execution of E-Commerce Services for Lubd brand & hostels, including local and regional promotions, SEO, PPC, retailing, website management, local email, social media and more. The Senior Manager will seek-out and recommend new forms of cutting-edge technologies for test-and-learn applications to drive competitive advantage, revenue and plan ROI.

Duties & Responsibilities :

- Responsible for preparing, implementing and executing the E-Marketing business plan (with goals and strategies) and budget.
- Full responsibility for prioritizing projects and seeing these projects through from start to finish ensuring that deadlines are being met and that the projects stays within budget. Where possible, a return on investment should be established.
- Responsible for communicating those returns and looking to further improve these. Where it is not possible to establish an ROI the Manager should critically review the processes and procedures of each project and try to improve efficiency by changing methods or tools used.
- Laise with key contacts on an international basis and establish a network of viable audience programme partners (strategic alliances, affiliate programmes etc).
- Responsible for further developing existing, and identifying new, traffic and revenue generating initiatives.
- Improve search engine rankings by working within the team and agencies and proven techniques such as search engine optimisation (SEO).
- Actively develop and implement the search engine advertising strategy.
- Drive demand and improve conversion for the websites, such as lubd.com and study the relevance and requirements with the new hostels coming online in other countries in the future.
- Improve market share of direct channels compared to previous performance.
- Improve customer experience online and grow customer engagement through active and robust strategies throughout the year.
- Develop strong commercial propositions and campaigns and market these through the appropriate websites and other owned media and third party channels, including but not limited to email newsletters, social media, display, advertising and affiliate networks. Some of this will be in support and conjunction with the Marketing & Communications Manager.
- Responsible for 3rd party supplier selection, price negotiations, budget management and project management relating to e-commerce products.
- Develop new websites & improve existing websites where and when needed (i.e. promotional websites, new hotel websites and restaurant and bar websites, and collaboration with business parties sharing website information).
- Make recommendations and execute as agreed, to optimize web functionality, site architecture, user interface and navigation.
- Development and maintenance of content (in partnership with Marketing & Communications Manager) of the Lubd brand, hostel, restaurant and supporting websites.
- Oversee the translation process of the various websites to multiple languages as required.
Manage all existing domain names and are to suggest and register relevant new domains.
- Prepare SOP & Marketing toolkits for offices / hostels from an E-Marketing perspective as required.
- Closely monitor industry and competitor initiatives and try to give Lubd a competitive edge by identifying niche areas and opportunities.
- Assist in the development and maintenance of various supporting websites such as Intranets and other proprietary tools, checking content and photos.
- Generate and update website content (products, content, promotions), plan, define and implement website changes and functional improvements. To also maintain and update the online marketing plan for the website, and finally monitor key performance indicators on the website and develop plans to improve them.
- Work closely with all relevant teams to access new opportunities for mobile, tablet, booking engine and design initiatives, build hypothesis and test.
- Develop and maintain a robust and active social media strategy for Lubd, focusing on the individual requirements of each hostel both from a guest perspective and hostel activity perspective. Social Media strategy includes strategies and targets around the hostel Facebook, Instagram, Twitter etc. pages, driving active daily updates, campaigns, competitions to ensure the growth of likes and active users. Be able to measure all campaigns and posts to develop mid & long term strategies.
- Keeping Lubd Senior Management and hotels up-to-date on key e-marketing initiatives, monthly reports and sharing of opportunities and success stories are also part of the responsibilities.
- Support & collaborate with the wider marketing team and other areas of the business when required.
