- Minimum education of Master's degree in Hotel Management, Restaurant Management or equivalent
- Minimum of 5 years in relevant experience in a similar capacity
- Able to spot and resolve problems effectively
- Excellent communication and leadership skills
- Up to date with food and beverage trends and best practices
- Manage all food and beverage day-to-day operations within budgeted guidelines and to the highest standards
- Directly supervise and coordinate with the Executive Chef, F&B Manager, Restaurant Managers, Beverage Manager / Supervisor, and also all outlets
- Maintain product and service quality levels while maximizing profits
- Prepare the annual food and beverage budget and monthly forecasts for food and beverage needs and expenses
- Lead food and beverage team by attracting, recruiting, training and appraising talented staffs
