- 2 -3 Years? experience in this position
- Education: Bachelors degree or higher
- Strong leadership and hands-on
- Excellent communication in both English and Thai
- Strong operational FB Background
- Computer literacy e.g. MS Office, Google Sheets, Commanche, etc.
- Ownership mindset, flexible and work under pressure
- Thai nationality
- Manage overall property operations, customer services, and maintenance
- Drive revenue through marketing initiatives both online and offline
- Cope with full Profit and Loss statements regularly to achieve the top-down target
- Build, coach, and motivate team members' spirit
- Handle and optimize all the systems related i.e. PMS, Channel Manager, OTAs, Social media, Commanche, opera, etc.
- Coordinate with external parties and government departments as the hotel representative
