The main purpose of this role is a sales and meet-and-greet role. In a sales capacity the candidate will be selling treatments and spa packages to guests, making those bookings in the reservations system, handling payments and selling retail products. In a meet and greet capacity the candidate will register guests as they arrive and provide a high level of service prior to handover to the therapist
