Directs and manages all aspects of the hotels Food & Beverage operations, reporting directly to the General Manager.
Minimum 3 years experience in a similar role in a 5 star hotel in South East Asia (Thailand experience preferred).
Exceptional attention to detail, passionate and service orientated.
Strong budgeting, planning and analytical skills.
Be up to date with the latest F&B trends and best practices within the region.
Ability to manage a large number of outlets, large diverse teams and meet financial targets.
