? Thai nationality, age 30 years old up
? Bachelor degree or higher in related fields.
? At least 5 years experience in sales & marketing preferences hotel or serviced apartment
? Strong knowledge in sales & marketing
? Good personality, with service, self-motivated, well organized
? Possesse a positive and cheerful attitude and mature with a good leadership.
? Able to work under pressure
? Good command of both spoken and written English and computer literate
? Sell directly to the local market and contact all potential business
? Procure new and business report for the hotel
? Make daily sales calls at least 20 calls a week within the area responsibilities
? Complete the company profile, according to the instruction of Director of Sales & Marketing and ensure that all accounts are updated
? Submit weekly plan, weekly activities and weekly performance report
? Establish and maintain on major hotel accounts
? Update the competitive analysis for arranging room packages and special promotions
? Conduct the hotel inspection for potential clients
