- Male age not over 40 years
- Experience in Spa receptionist, hotel front operation will be advantage.
- Excellent telephone manner with a warm and welcoming disposition. Service mind.
- Good personality and negotiable skill
- Good command in English communication in base
- If able to speak in Japanese or Chinese , it will be advantage.
-To be aware of, maintain relationships with regular guests to encourage repeat business and to develop new relationships so our new guests will always become regular
-To be aware of all front office procedures and assist with reception duties when required.
-To ensure that all reservations, enquiries and requests are confirmed in booking website or social; Line, FB.
