1 Accountable for inventory of all carpentry supplies painting stock record the daily job done.
2 Construct, repair and maintenance of:-
3 All kinds of wooden & timber work in the hotel including public area, guest rooms & back of the house area.
4 Table, chairs, bed, doors, bed castors, locks & keys, window rubber lining, curtain rods, curtain pellet, door stoppers, frames, hinges & closer, glass top and window frames.
5 Ceiling boards such as gypsum & plaster ceiling, partitions, notice boards, pigeon holes, racks, cup boards, stools, trolleys & wheels.
6 Platforms, wooden ramps, nailing & hanging pictures decorating items during festival seasons.
7 Carpet & wallpaper repairs, minor masonry work such as tiling of walls & floors, varnishing furniture.
8 Maintenance of painting & varnishing work including wall ceiling doors frames.
9 Respond & attend to fire alarm of emergencies as requires.
