- Ability to serve guests in a pleasant and courteous manner with the correct posture.
-Experience as F&B Services in a hotel.
- A good command of English.
- A good posture, a smiling nature, and a proven ability to learn English, are definite advantages.
- Pleasant, polite and caring. Works well in a team. Honest, enthusiastic, energetic and principle-centered.
- Responsible for welcoming, greeting and seating guests and for the service of Food & Beverage in a friendly and courteous manner. Hostess will always make sure that the reservation book is correctly updated, the seating plan prepared before the service period. Looks for and reports any feedback from guests. Always strive to obtain the maximum efficiency and promote teamwork between all associates. Observe and enforce objectives, policies, standards and procedures.
