- Bachelor's Degree in Marketing or Business Administration with 1 year of working experience in Hotel Industry, PR Agency or Marketing-related Industries is required.
- Good interpersonal skills, self-motivated and service-minded.
- Good command of written and spoken English.
- Proficient with Internet and Computer Software ex: Microsoft Office/AI/Photoshop and Familiar with Social Media and E-Commerce.
- Knowledge of Photography will be an advantage.
- Develop, plan and execute all marketing activities and promotions of the Hotel and Restaurants for both local and international awareness purposes.
- Manage daily marketing communications responsibilities for Collateral and Advertising Production, Content Management, Public Relations, Promotion, Catering and Events.
- Collaborate with internal and external partners including Food & Beverage, Catering, Sales, Reservations and Front office on marketing promotions and activities.
- Maintain and build strong relationship with hotel guests and media.
- Create and maintain social media presence.
