- At least 5 years experience and 3 years of supervisory or management experience in the reception.
- Bachelor's degree in hotel, foreign language, humanities or related fields

- Train all front office staff members.
- Schedule front office staff.
- Supervise workloads during shifts.
- Maintain master key control.
- Verify that accurate room status information is maintained and properly communicated.
- Resolve guest problems quickly, efficiently and courteously.
- Maximize room revenue and occupancy by reviewing status daily.
- Check cashiers in and out and verify banks and deposits at the end of each shift
- Conduct regular scheduled meeting of front office staff members.
- Ensure implementation of all hotel policies and house rules.
- Ensure that employees are, at all times, attentive, friendly, helpful and courteous to all guests
- Perform other duties as requested by management.
