REQUIREMENT:
Bachelor?s degree in Marketing or related fields with a substantial experience in hospitality business.
2-4 years of experience
Sales and Marketing experience in a hospitality business is an advantage.
Excellent interpersonal and communication skills and customer service minded.
Well organized and detailed oriented person.
High level of English proficiency.
High level of computer literacy.
Able to work well under pressure and deadlines.
Strong team working abilities.
Positive and customer service minded attitude with pleasant personality.
Enthusiastic and motivated.
Detail oriented and accurate in work.
primary responsibilities:
Handling all incoming enquiries to Dusit Gold Service Centre and other customer service channels and ensure that Dusit standards are followed when handling enquiries or complaints of Dusit Gold members.
Communicates and uses basic sales skills to acquire new members and provide quality services to Dusit Gold members.
Communicate effectively with Dusit Gold hotel ambassadors and other related hotel departments to support them on Dusit Gold issues.
Handling free night redemptions of all Dusit Gold members.
Handling monthly reports of Dusit Gold loyalty programme.
Handling all administrative work of the programme.
Performing other duties as assigned by Assistant Director of Loyalty Marketing.
Administrative Responsibilities:
Establishing two-way communications within and related departments.
Communicating effectively and work well with employees, supervisors and other section heads.
Managing time effectively by meeting deadlines on time.
Identifying and solving problems in a professional manner.
Assisting others to ensure the operation is run smoothly and effectively.
Managing wastes by reducing and recycling the wastes, carefully use of resources.
Commercial Responsibilities:
Communicating effectively with members, guests, business partners and staff.
Being a good sales person to promote Dusit Gold programme, company?s image, and businesses.
Participating community projects or activities in order to promote the Dusit Gold programme, the company?s image, and cooperation to improve community relationship.
Representing the brands and service culture of Dusit International through communication standards.
