- Graduate Degree in Hotel and Restaurant Management or any other related field.
- Experience in Front Office operations and Guest Relations field in a 5 star hotel.
- Knowledge of Food & Beverage.
- Good command in written and spoken English.
- Good team player with excellent communication skills.
- Additional language would be an advantage.
- Ability to work under pressure.
- Flexibility to respond to a range of different work situations.
- Felxible working time abel to change shift
- Experience with Opera is plus
- Manages the Executive Lounge daily operation.
- Ensures VIP service to the Executive Rooms and Suite Rooms Guests.
- Anticipates and handles professionally and on priority basis any requests and complaints from VIPs, Repeated Guests and Long Stay Guests.
- Organize with other hotel departments the different activities and happenings at the Executive Lounge (Meetings, Promotions, Gatherings, Business Center Service, Daily Light Snack Buffet).
- Lead the Executive Lounge Team to ?Upsell? rooms and other facilities of the hotel at every given opportunity.
- Assists the Front Office Manager on different projects related to the department.
- Perform other assigned duties that contribute to the Company's mission and objectives.
