- Make classic drinks and create new recipes
- Controlling requisitions.
- Control over the bar.
- Maintain low beverage costs through timely replenishment, effective control of the insurance and maintenance of relative stock, and ensure resourceful use of same.
- Ensure compliance with service standards established for the bar by directing daily operations, overseeing control at bar outlets, resolving guests complaints and handling difficult guests as required.
- Ensure overall efficiency at assigned F&B outlet.
- Ensure compliance with set standard according to guidelines established by management for the outlet.
- Perform monthly stock-taking of inventories.
- Oversee the setting up of seating arrangement, setting up of tables and presentation of cocktails & drinks.
- Deal with guest requirements for special occasions.
- Ensure overall cleanliness including equipment, furniture & fixture within the outlet, working area, personal hygiene of staff, etc.
- Oversee functioning of the section and report on deficiencies or breakage of operational equipment.
- Develop guest relations.
- Greet and seat guests, advise guest on the selection of food and beverage items as requested and resolve guest complaints.
- Maintain close working relationship with various F & B outlets to contribute to the co-ordination of F & B service and to provide feedback on all customers' comments.
