? At least 2 years reservations or sales experience in hotel or tourism industry.
? Able to speak and write English well enough to communicate with the Manager and guests.
? Have hotel knowledge, especially on Sales and Reservations area.
? Computer Skills: Word, Excel, Social Media.
? To answer inquiries of room rates, outlets and room locations.
? To respond guest reservation requests and accurate guest service at all times.
? To deal with walk in guests, Agents, Tours, Groups, and OTA.
? Manage allotments on the hotel PMS.
? Assists to manage the selling status, rates, and promotion plans.
? Assists developing room revenue and occupancy forecasts.
? Assists the guests? needs or questions when FO is too busy to handle.
? Manage website and OTA back office online to make sure the rate, allotment, pictures, and info are correct.
Remark :
Salary Ranging THB 30,000 - THB 40,000.
