- Minimum 5 years experience in IT Infrastructure or related fields
-Bachelor?s Degree or higher degree in Computer Engineering or Computer Science, Information Technology or lelated fields
- Able to work independently for significant periods of time
-Good communication skill both Thai and English
-Proficient in planning and designing IT infrastructure
-Able to analyze and fix issues regarding IT infrastructures, especially Microsoft technologies
-Responsible, good service mind
-Good understanding of ITSM, ITIL and related concepts
-Flexible in working locations and time.
-Maintain system services including equipment and devices both on-premiss and Cloud based
-Support administration of network and servers
-Lead IT infrastructure projects
-Monitor systems performance, implement performance tuning,and reporting
-Manage user accounts, permissions, email, anti-visus, anti-spam and etc.
-Manae backup, DR, BCP
-Troubleshooting server problems, Maintining, Planning server operations.
-General server adminstration task such as add/delete user , create shared resources, server configuration, etc
-Keep patch, fix and service pack on servers updated
-Backup of server data using existing backup software
-Coordinate with Vendor and /or prduct owner in case of hardware failure
-Update Virus Pattern in anti-virus software
-Accomodation
