-The Club Reception Supervisor reports directly to Assistant Club Millesime Manager and is fully in charge of the overall Club Millesime Desk activity during his/her shift.
-The Club Reception Supervisor is, first of all a Club Receptionist. She will then perform the daily tasks of a Club Receptionist. She will be however the coordinator of the activity and will ensure the proper work of the Club Millesime Desk operations.
-The Club Reception Supervisor is expected to lead as an example in terms of appearance, attitude, smile, & guest relationships. A perfect knowledge of the standards & procedures, a good leadership and some good skills in guest relationships are the qualities required for this position.
-The responsibility of Club Receptionist Supervisor to ensure that Club Millesime has the best, most accurate and most personalized individual guest histories
