Assist the Chief Steward and Supervise Stewarding day-to-day operation. Exercising effective environmentally friendly procedures. Maintain the standards of hygiene, sanitation, cleanliness and safety in kitchens, dishwashing areas, Garbage collection and storage, and any other production areas.
