- Male / Female, age not over 50 years
- Bachelor's degree or higher in business management, commercials or relevant courses
- Having experience in managing a restaurant or chain restaurant for more than 5 years
- Good command of English
- Having knowledge of restaurants. Able to decorate shop, choose suppliers, equipment as well as being able to expand new branches in the future
- Having good personality, trustworthiness, leadership, skills in an initiative, follow up and able to manage all the work of the restaurant
- Knowledge of marketing and sales skills
- Having interpersonal communication, customer service, and immediate problem-solving skills
- Having negotiation skills and ability to prepare business plans and marketing plans
- Work as sales and marketing to coordinate with juristic persons or building owners to expand and open new franchise restaurants.
- Perform and coordinate the decoration, choosing suppliers and pieces of equipment which will be used in restaurants with the same standard.
- Take care of marketing activities, promotion, and creating the image of franchise brand to aware the increase sales and brand access with customers, and presenting restaurants with various media types, such as online-offline media, magazines, and TV shows, etc.
- Overview and manage all restaurant teams under the franchise direction.
- Prepare reports of purchasing and investment and performance to a business owner.
