- 3 years Reservation experience in hotel business.
- Knowledge in Online Distribution is a bonus.
- Able to communicate well in English with the ability to speak, read and write clearly.
- Able to work independently under pressure.
- Operate and manage daily reservations operations to ensure highest occupancy is achieved.
- Oversee the online channel distributions and activities to maximize hotel revenue.
- Manage the hotel's information, rates and availability in all websites and distribution channels to data integrity and fully optimize booking opportunities.
- Ensure all incoming room reservation either via phone/email/fax are attended and handled efficiently.
Remunerations and Benefits:
- Attractive Base Salary
- Floating Service Charge with Min. Guarantee of THB 4,000 for Permanent Staff
- Floating Service Charge with Min. Guarantee of THB 2,000 for Contract Staff
- 7 Days Off / Month for Permanent Staff
- 6 Days Off / Month for Contract Staff
- Minimum 9 Days Vacation and 14 Public Holidays / Year for Permanent Staff

- 2 Duty Meals / Day
