? Good command in English
? At least 3-5 years'experience in Restaurant and Bar
? Able to push sales, please customers and increase traffic volume
? Able to handle team members: manpower, holiday, day-off, absence, etc
? Excellent in interpersonal communication skills, well-organized and detail oriented
? Taking care of all over functions of the restaurant and floor area
? Pushing sales target and increasing traffic volume in the restaurants
? Training and guiding staffs to perform tasks effectively
? Managing and scheduling staffs and job assignment
? Be involved with stock controlling and management
? Delivering an excellent service to customers as well as building a good relationship with customers
