An Operations Manager is responsible for ensuring efficient operations of all outlets to deliver an excellent Guest and Member experience while monitoring team member standards. This includes:
? Ensuring efficient operation of all departments.
? Controlling the flow of customers and orders throughout service.
? Managing all transactions during service
? Ensuring all outlets are staffed according to business levels.
? Monitoring the appearance, standards and performance of Team Members with an emphasis on quality of guest service and hospitality
? Maximizing sales revenue through up-selling and marketing programs
? Managing guest requests in a timely and efficient manner
? Complying with hotel security, fire regulations and all health and safety legislation
