JOB SUMMARY
Responsible for the procurement of food and beverages, operating equipment and related supplies ,and maintain organizational procedures associated with purchasing/store room Departments.

KEYS RESPONSIBITIES
-To negottate contract purchases/services for food and beverages operating equipment.
-To review bids periodically for food and beverages, Operating equipmen and related supplies.
-To prevent annual budget proposals and capital replacement cost.
-To supervise the purchase/ order procedures of approved purchase requisition for non food purchases.
-To supervise the quality purchase of food and beverages and related supplies.
-To evalulate vendor?s performance.
