2.Thai Nationality holding Bachelor Degree with pleasant personality.
3.At least 2 years experiences in similar position and capacity in an upper scale hotel.
4.Good Personality, analytical, patience, creative, energetic and dynamic
5.Proficiency in English both written and spoken
6.Proficiency in Microsoft Office and Internet Software
7.Be able to work under pressure and within team environment.
8.Familiar with bar and restaurant operations.
Knowledge of western and Thai food, wine, cocktails and other beverages.
9.Be able to establish good guest relations and rapport.
10.Service minded, friendly and helpful.
11.Experiences in similar position and capacity in an upper scale hotel is advantage

GENERAL MISSION:
1. Attends to telephone calls and takes table reservations for each meal period.
2. Maintains reservation book and all information pertaining to room occupancy and daily events.
3. Greetings and keeps control of the flow of business in the restaurant; distributes the guests evenly to each station to avoid overloading at one particular station.
4. Carries out all duties in accordance with tasks and description with reference to established rules and policies.
RESPONSIBILITIES AND MEANS:
1. Greets the guest at the restaurant entrance.
2. Provides information concerning the concept and promotional activities of the restaurant and hotel to guests.
3. Asks guests if smoking or non-smoking and be seated at area or table preferred by guests.
4. Unfolds napkin and presents menu and drink list.
5. Takes beverage order if possible.
6. Makes reservations and enters into book, remarks special details needed.
7. Do not leave working area without notice to the Superior or follow work.
8. Keeps working area clean and organized.
9. Recognizes the guest by name or social ranking or ?Tan? for Men and ?Khun Phu Ying? for Women.
10. Follows the hotel?s rules and regulations strictly.
