- Have experience for Internal Auditor in hotel or restaurant more than 5 years.
- Have experience in program Q3, Oracle and Zero system.
- Good communicate in English & Thai.
- Have CPA certificate (if any).
- Able to work under pressure.
- Able to travelling to all outlets in Thailand (Phuket, Samui).
- Audit the daily revenue figures and the supporting folios and vouchers submitted by Restaurant cashier. This includes balancing all checks, vouchers and other documents to be posted to daily sales transaction report (journal by department code) to control total posting and auditing them for propriety.
- Audit the daily summary report from Restaurant cashier.
- Prepare the daily revenue report.
- Audit all tax invoices of vat sales to ensure that every payment types by cash; credit card must have tax invoices. Prepare vat sales report. To control tax invoice by running number.
- To spot check working of Restaurant cashier.
- Complete for posting income journal voucher to General Ledger.
- To reconcile daily cash received from FO cashier, Restaurant cashier with General cashier report.
- Performs other duties as may be assigned.
