* Minimum 5 years experience of working in positions of
high responsibility in the hotel or food and beverage
sectors and managing teams of at least 15 staff
* Strong leadership and communication skills
* To review food purchases
* To develop standardized recipes
* To maintain safety and sanitation in the kitchen
* To maintain kitchen equipments
* To design food presentation aesthetics, plan and
prepare special menu items
* To choose menu designs and determine menu prices
* To interview, hire, and train new kitchen personnel
* To supervise all kitchen members and give
performance reviews
